The fact that consumers spend their money to purchase the things that they should use means that they should get the best. This is because were it not for the consumer, there would be no other place for the retailer or wholesaler to take the goods or services. For this reason, the consumers need to know that they are very important and ready to fight for their rights. In the uk the consumer rights organizations have come up with a strategy that will leave all consumers knowing what they are about and what they should not pay for. By teaching or rather advising consumers on their rights it means that all stand to benefit. The consumer advice trading standards are there to enlighten the consumers and from the time when they started getting advice, many retailers and wholesalers have been put on the spot for failing to give the consumer what they deserve or selling them substandard goods or services which is very wrong. From here, the consumers look forward to better treatment from the people they trade with.
