We managed to change one company tradition.

Going by our company's traditions, we organized our own parties. A department was picked at random every time we had a party and they would organize the whole thing. On this particular year, I thought of changing the tradition to see what changes would be experienced. My department was picked to plan for that oncoming party. Instead of doing it our usual way, I proposed vintage crockery hire to my colleagues. They were up to it. Everybody knew vintage and we were so sure that the results were going to be great. We did all the plans together with vintage without letting the other departments know about it. When the party day came, everything was ready. We surprised everyone who attended the party because we had everything in check, properly planned. We were so excited about their reaction that we could not help telling how we acquired help from vintage. We could not hide the truth any longer. Believe it or not, our company tradition pertaining party organization changed. These days, we only hire vintage and everything is done for us.
